What support and training can I expect?

The cost of ResolveIT includes installation, year 1 support and 2 days on-site training. We also provide support via: Telephone, E-mail, On-site visit and Remote access

Training includes 1 days training on the day of installation, with the 2nd day's training 3 - 4 weeks after the installation date.
